It’s official! Garfield Landing, 510 E Spruce Street, is the newest family community in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich. With MSHDA Tax Credits, the community will be providing affordable housing to eligible applicants with income restrictions for studio, and one- and two-bedroom units!
