Sawyer Village is located in Gwinn, Michigan, at the former K.I. Sawyer Air Force Base. Sawyer Village offers three- and four-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and single-family homes to the general public.

Rental rates currently range from $720 to $1,200 per month. Units may include a range, refrigerator, basement, garage, washer/dryer hook-up, and dishwasher, depending on the property. Most pets are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee.

Month-to-month leases are available for all Sawyer Village properties. We invite you to make one of our houses your home.
Sawyer Village has on-site staff, and a maintenance team member is on call for emergencies.

Eligibility is based on a credit check, rental history, criminal background check, and employment or income verification. There is a $35 application fee for all individuals over 18 years of age.
