Resolutions on the agenda are, under Budget Modifications: Recovery Hospital/3rd Party Rev., Tribal Practices for Wellness, Environmental – Air Programs, Am. Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Gov’t Admin, Strategic Director; Approve Contractor –Sault Tribe Broadband Consultant; Lease Amendment – Escanaba Health Center; Auth to Set Up NADP Site; Auth to Bid on Parcels Public Land Auction; Manistique Ranger District; Auth. Joinder/Filing Amicus Brief Gray Wolf Delisting Cases; Auth. Litigation – Insurance Claim; Election Code Strict Adherence & Conformity w/ Constitution; Auth Direct Mailing/Voter Reg/During Pandemic Relief Mail; and Expand TRC to Include Emmet and Cheboygan, MI Counties.

Under New Business, the board will consider: Disenrollments, Committee Requests, Key Employee, Legal Opinion and Board Concerns.
