Indigenous Breastfeeding Workshop

Indigenous Breastfeeding Workshop
Join us for a knowledge-sharing circle on the topic of traditional Anishinaabe practices that support healthy breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, and newborn care. There will be a taste-testing of traditional foods and a fun night of practicing hands-on newborn care such as breastfeeding holds, baby carriers, and more.

Raeanne is an Indigenous mother, auntie, doula, and community educator who currently resides in Bawating (Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.).
