SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will be held at the Sault Kewadin Casino starting at 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 6. The meeting will be preceded by "Matters Raised by the Membership" from 4 to 6:00 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda are: Budget Modifications for Buildings, School Fiduciary Committee and ACFS; FY Budget Doc 002; FY Budget Doc 003; two Partial Waivers; Trust Land Status Bonacci Parcel I; Trust Land Status Bonacci Parcel D,E, F; Trust Land Status Fletcher's Addition; Acceptance of 2016 Indian Housing Plan; Community Development Block Grant Program for Indian Tribes and Alaska Native Villages - HUD 2015; Code of Conduct/Conflict of Interest Policy; RFP for Treaty Rights Counsel; Amending Bylaws of Elder Advisory Committee; and Amending Purchasing Policy.

Under New Business, the board will consider a Committee Request, Tribal Labor Law and Human Resource Audit.
