• These cards are not endorsed by the tribe or by NGS via the employee health plan.
• In researching the National Prescription Savings Network, it was noted the cards cannot be used in conjunction with any insurance or other pharmacy discount programs.
If you intend to use the card you received, you are strongly encouraged to research the validity of the card before deciding to use it.
