SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - Per Chairperson Aaron Payment, a special meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Kewadin Casino in Sault Ste. Marie.

Agenda items are: Ratification of Long Term 2 Percent Allocations Leading Up To and Including Fall 2014; Ratification of Board Short Term 2 Percent Allocations Leading Up To and Including Fall 2014; Expiration of All Long Term 2 percent Agreements with a Deadline of December 31 to Enter New Ones as Decided by the Board of Directors by a Vote at a Duly Called Meeting; McKelvie Plan: To Reallocate 2 Percent Long Term and Short Term to Each Unit Based on Revenues from Casinos in Respective Units; and, Addendum to the Tribal Bid Policy - All Bid Openings to be Video Recorded with Notification of Bid Openings to the Tribal Treasurer.
