Sault Tribe Health Education is facilitating a 4-Week Balance Class Series every Friday beginning Jan. 9, 2026, 11 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the St. Ignace Tribal Senior Complex, 3017 Mackinac Trail, St. Ignace, Mich.

The class focuses on fall and injury prevention, as well as boosting mobility and independence. This class is for tribal and community members aged 50-plus. The class instructor is Community Health Educator Lyndee Zeigler.

A minimum of five participants is required to host the class. Please call Sault Tribe Community Health at 906‑632‑5210 to register. The registration deadline is Jan. 2, 2026.
