Covid-19 Pfizer Vaccination Clinic second booster dose (fourth dose) is now being offered.

Who is eligible?
• Any persons 50 years or older
• Must be at least four months after their first booster dose (third dose)
• 12 years and older with certain moderate to severe immunocompromised conditions (Pfizer only)

Must be eligible to be seen at our clinics to schedule a vaccine.
