All In One Fitness Club Spinning classes at the Chi Mukwa Community Recreation Center.

Mondays at 5:30 p.m.—Endurance / Interval Energy Zone with Becky*
Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.—Endurance / Interval Energy Zone with Kara R*
Fridays at 5:30 a.m.—Endurance / Interval Energy Zone with Denise*

Energy Zone: Sustain long periods of moderate exercise intensity to build a strong aerobic base and raise your metabolism.
Interval Energy Zone: Challenge your cardiovascular system and increase caloric burn with aerobic or anaerobic intervals.
Strength Zone: Improves cardiovascular fitness and builds muscular power by training your anaerobic threshold and loading resistance.

Class Cost: $5 per class for All-In-One Fitness Club members; $7 per class for non- members. Also available are 10-class punch cards.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. You can also payroll deduct fees if you are a Sault Tribe Employee.
