Honoring Our Waters and Her Protectors - powwow and round dance
Feb. 24‑25—Kewadin Shores Event Center, 3015 Mackinac Trail, in St. Ignace. Public welcome. Feb. 24, grand entry at noon, dinner break at 5 p.m., and round dance at 7 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 25, grand entry at 1 p.m. We call to all jingle dress dancers to come and dance for the healing of our waters. Water ceremony on Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m. with Jennifer and Chuck Raspor. Use walkway down to the water behind casino. Public is welcomed.

Caring for our Elders Traditional Powwow
March 31—Escanaba High School gymnasium, 500 South Lincoln Rd. Grand Entry at noon, potluck feast 5 p.m. and staffs retired at 7 p.m. Public welcome. Free admission. All drums welcome. For more information, call 906-241-9733.
