Attached is the information and registration for the coming ASIST classes offered Monday, Nov. 2, and Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Kewadin Casino Hotel and Convention Center, 2186 Shunk Road, Birch and Cedar rooms, in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.

ASIST Applied is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid. Skills learned in one environment are transferable to others, creating a life-saving impact across the community. Help is possible when skills, opportunity and safety are present. When these are available throughout the different facets of someone’s life, they’re more likely to receive help.
