CMU Celebrating Life Powwow

Central Michigan University's  29th annual Celebrating Life Powwow is set for March 17 and 18 at the  John G. Kulhavi Events Center McGuirk Arena on the Mount Pleasant Campus at 300 E. Broomfield in Mount Pleasant, Mich.

Grand entries: Saturday – 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Sunday – Noon.
Doors open to public at 11 a.m.
Admission: General entry (11 years old and above), $7; SCIT members (with I.D.), free; CMU students (with I.D.), free; children (10 years and under), free.

Head veteran - George Martin; master of ceremonies - Jason Whitehouse; host drum - Midnight Express; arena director - Dave Shananaquet; head male judge - Tyler White; head female judge - Netawn Kiogima.
