Security Guard (Full Time/Regular) Sault Ste. Marie, MI Closes: 03/16/10Responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of customers, employees and hotel/casino property. Responsible for handling, movement, and verification of all monetary transactions to ensure the integrity of gaming.
Demonstrated maturity to tactfully
handle busy, stressful, and/or difficult situations. Must be able to effectively
establish and maintain effective working relationships with all employees. Must
have regular, predictable attendance. Must maintain confidentiality in all
security matters. Must undergo a Criminal Background Investigation done
under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission. Will be required
to complete and pass pre-employment drug testing. Native American preferred.

Slot Technician (Full Time/Regular) Sault Ste. Marie, MI Closes: 03/16/10Reads, analyzes and draws schematics. Analyzes and redesigns slots. Performs major overhauls, routine maintenance, and modifications.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must
have basic casino working experience with all brands of slot machines and must
be past introductory period in-house as a slot (floor person) . Must be able to
do all phases of slot machine maintenance and work projects. Must be flexible on
shifts and days off. Will be required to have a criminal background
investigation done under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission.
Will be required to complete and pass pre-employment drug testing. Native
American preferred.
Must be able to handle themselves in a professional manner, as Customer Service is our number 1 priority. All phases of food service in the Deli.
Sanitation Certificate required. (Can be obtained through
Sault Tribe Training Department). English proficiency and previous food
service experience helpful. Must attend all mandatory classes and
meetings. Must follow all Company Procedures and Policies as well as
Departments. Must have a positive attitude, be able to get along with
others, take pride in their accomplishments and be a Team Player. Will be

Responsible for cleanliness of dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and equipment. Keeps kitchens, hallways, and dish areas clean and sanitary. Empties garbage containers, sweeps and mops floors, coolers, etc.
English proficiency. Previous experience
preferred, but not required. Must be dependable with a good work record. Must be
friendly and polite. Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. Native
American preferred. Sanitation certificate required. (This can be obtained
through our training department.) Must be able to comply with company policies
and procedures. Must be able to work flexible schedule. Will be required

Promote and maintain the utmost integrity and the highest caliber customer service to all patrons/employees. Services up to seventeen (17) guest rooms daily, as assigned. Follow specific guidelines to ensure that every room is presented according to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Ability to deal with guests in a friendly manner while providing service and
information, and contact Supervisor when unable to fully handle guest needs.
Clean assigned guest rooms, including toilets, mirrors, tubs, vacuuming of
floors and changing linens. Ability to communicate clearly and orally and in

specific job duties and complete work assignments. Must be able to identify
unsafe practices or conditions by observation. Good public relation skills.
Ability to perform all functions trained in accordance with all Kewadin policies
and procedures. May require Michigan Gaming Occupational License. Will be
