Resolutions on the agenda are: 2016 Tribal Elder Checks Supplement; Amending Ch. 70: Criminal Procedure –Probation; Appointing Audit Committee Member; Waiver of Sovereign Immunity – DPL Marquette General; Amending Purchasing Policy; Rescinding Transfer and Promotion Policy and Budgets: 2015 Year End Reconciliation, ACFS – Child Care Fund (State), and Education – Head Start BIA.
Under New Business, the board will consider Committees Request and Ethics Code.
