SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will be held at the Hessel Tribal Center starting at 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 17. The meeting will be preceded by "Matters Raised by the Membership" from 4 to 6:00 p.m.
Resolutions on the special meeting agenda are: Tribal Liquor Licenses for Midjim Sault Ste. Marie and St. Ignace; Tribal Liquor Licenses for the tribe's five casinos; Amending Government Travel Policy; To Adopt The FY 2016-2019 Tribal Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP); Posting CEO Position; Buildings - 2390 Shunk Rd. FY 2015 Budget Modification and Establishment of FY 2016 Budget; Budget Doc 002; Budget Doc 003; Pay Bonus; and Continuing Funding Authority.
Under new business, the board will consider: Committee Requests and Evictions.
