SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held at the Kinross Recreation Center starting at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 4. The meeting will be preceded by "Matters Raised by the Membership" from 4 to 6:00 p.m.
Resolutions on the agenda are: Budget: Education - YEA, Education-Community Based Science Activities, IndirectCost/Indirect Cost - Membership Services, Sanitation BE 12 G80, Sanitation BE 13 J11, IRR Roads Planning and IRR Roads Sugar Island Roads; Updating Tribal Purchasing Bid Policy; Reaffirming and Restating 401(k) Plan; Acceptance of Governmental Audit; Acceptance of 401k Audit; and Am Ch. 20: Bi-Monthly Catch Reporting.
Under new business the board will consider a committee appointment.
