SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held at the Sprung Structure at the Kewadin Shores Casino in St. Ignace starting at 6:00 p.m. on June 9. The meeting will be preceded by "Matters Raised by the Membership" from 5 to 6:00 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda are: a Partial Waiver; Head Start Health and Safety Grant; Native Youth Community Projects Grant; Amending Tribal Ch. 11 - Public Health Authority; Purchasing Bid Policy, Consultation Agreement with Chippewa County, Amending Ch. 44 - Waiver of Tribal Immunities; Amending Ch. 94 - Management Board Composition; and Budget: Tribal Operations, FY 15 Year End - EPA Water, Big Bear - Youth Program, Sponsorships - Regalia Grant, Emergency Preparedness - Health Admin, Tribal Court - Strategic Planning, ACFS - ICWA, ACFS - Employee Assistance, ACFS - USDA and ACFS - Binogii Placement.

Under New Business, the board will consider a relinquishment, committee requests, board attendance workshop/meetings and EDA grants.
