SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors is scheduled for the Sault Kewadin Casino at 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 4. Before the meeting, the board will hear concerns from members from 5 to 6:00 p.m.

Resolutions on the agenda: Authorizing Premium Increase Health Insurance; Amending Tribal Code: Membership Ordinance; Millennia Telecom Business Partnership; Appellate Judge Elder Appointment John Causley Jr.; Appellate Judge Elder Appointment Elisabeth Dietz; Tribal Transportation Improvement Plan; Amending Tribal Board Travel; Projected FY 2015 Budget Shortfalls; Budget Modifications: Self Insurance-Health Insurance, Law Enforcement COPS TRGP, Law Enforcement –Renovations, ACFS – Social Workers etc., American Indian Substance Abuse, Health/Wellness in Indian Country, Health Education – Community Health, IHS Health Heart, Partnership Community Health Grant, IHS Special Diabetes, Youth Education and Activities, Inter-Tribal Fisheries, Conservation Management and Institutional Researcher.

Under new business, committee resignation, relinquishment and Dec. 2 meeting date change will be considered.
