SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held at the Sault Kewadin Casino at 6:00 p.m. on Oct. 7. The meeting will be preceded by "Matters Raised by the Membership" from 5 to 6:00 p.m.

First on the agenda is a presentation by National Congress of American Indians' interns.

Resolutions on the agenda: BIA-Self Governance Funding Agreement; Mackinac County Cooperative Agreement; Health Insurance Premium Increase; Acceptance 2015 Indian Housing Plan; Approving Lease Marquette Health Center; National Congress of American Indians; Support for Senator Tester's Senate Bill to Permanently Reauthorize Special Diabetes; and Budget Mod: Legal-Tax Agreement.

Under New Business, FOIA and Board of Director Travel Request will be considered.
