SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - A regular meeting of the Sault Tribe Board of Directors will be held at the Kewadin Shores Casino in St. Ignace at 6:00 p.m. on Feb. 18. The meeting will be preceded by “Matters Raised by the Membership” from 5 to 6:00 p.m.
Resolutions on the agenda are: AmeriCorps State and National Grant; Coordinated Tribal Assistance Solicitation; Nat. Prevention Partnership Awards Program; Am. Ch. 10: Candidates for Election; and budget modifications for Early Head Start and Head Start, EPA Pesticide Grant, Solid Waste Management, Alcohol and Substance Abuse Tribal Court, Judicial Services - Tribal Court, Budget Doc 001, and Continuing Funding Authority FY2015 Mar-Feb.
Under new business, a committee appointment and Delegate Standing in Tribal Court for Violations of the Constitution in the Election Laws or Rules will be considered.
