Sault Tribe Board of Directors holds regular meeting Oct. 11 in Sault Ste. Marie
SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. - The Sault Tribe Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 11, at 6 p.m. at the Kewadin Casino and Convention Center, Sault Ste. Marie. The meeting will be preceded by Matters from the Membership at 5 p.m.
Under Resolutions, the board will consider three partial waivers; trust land status for Eagle Ridge in Marquette, Fletcher’s Block 2 Lots 1-4 and Fletcher’s Block 2 Lots 6-9; Fiscal Year 2012 Budget Document 002; Amending Chapter 11 - Membership Ordinance; JKL Property Expansion East II; Supporting Legislation - Taxation; and budget modifications for, Law Enforcement Conservation Management, Law Enforcement COPS TRGP 2011, Law Enforcement Adam Walsh Act, Referendum, Elections, ACFS - 2009 Tribal Government, Indirect - Membership Services, Higher Education and Tribal Court Assistance Program.
Under New Business, the board will consider Relinquishments, Disenrollments and Unit One Nominations.
