Children in the Middle: Divorce Education for Parents Program is a skills-based program that helps children and parents deal with the children’s reactions to divorce and caretaker separation. Often time’s adults will use the children to manipulate or control each other around issues of personal, social and financial issues and this curriculum allows for the parent or caretaker to be exposed to how these issues affect their children and learn new strategies and behaviors to lessen the trauma often associated with separation and loss.
