Sawyer Village, located in Gwinn at the former KI Sawyer Air Force Base, consist of three and four bedroom townhouse apartments, duplexes, and single homes that are offered to the general public.  The rentals range from $390 to $725 per month.  The units include a range, refrigerator, basement, garage, washer/dryer hook-up, and most of them have a dishwasher.  Flooring options are hardwood or carpeting.  Most pets are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee.  We also have month to month leases for all of our property. So come make one of our houses your home!

A full on-site staff which includes 24–7 maintenance is available to all Sawyer Village residents. Eligibility is based on credit check, rental history, criminal background, and employment or income verification.
