Recovery yoga demonstration hosted by Families Against Narcotics (FAN) of Chippewa County

In conjunction with the Recovery Walk in Sault Ste. Marie on Sept. 21, Yoga Instructor Amy McCoy has accepted FAN’s request to hold a demonstration of recovery yoga at the Chi Mukwa Community Recreation Center. The demonstration will be held from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. in the Chi Mukwa second floor Hospitality Room. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, or a beach towel if you don't have a mat. If you have an extra mat you wouldn’t mind lending please bring it.
